Many of my items are digital, but for some reason, my customers are telling me they are being charged for S&H.
Am I overlooking a setting that offers free shipping for digital items? Thanks!

As long as you've set up your Digital Items by following these steps, your customers should not be charged for shipping. I tested this out by adding a digital item from your store to the cart, and I didn't see any mention of shipping fees.
Are there any specific items this is occurring on that I could look at?
