I recently setup a recurring monthly donation option on my square site - when testing it out, I receive a message thats says "Sorry, Your Order Didn't Go Through". I am able to successfully complete a one-time donation with no problem. It seems to be an issue with the recurring payment option. Can anyone help? Do you by chance have a screenshot or a photo of this error message you are seeing? As well as, is this message popping up once you try to submit the payment information?
I also see there are a few different donation options. Do you know if this issue is affecting all of the donation options?
I would be glad to take another look once I have those bits of information.
