Our transactions are showing approved when accepting cash and cards however it's not showing up on the dashboard or on the device used! Anyone else having this issue?

We experienced an issue over the weekend that briefly affected the display of some reports, including transactions and account balances. Hey @TheStand70. There was an outage yesterday that was causing reporting to be delayed. Also, that outage was affecting reporting of our account balances for some sellers. However, it was resolved and all of your transactions and funds should be reporting correctly now.
FYI, here is a link to the Square Status Page (issquareup.com). The outage was reported there as were status updates and resolution. This is a handy link to bookmark for reference.
square dashboard is not listing transaction for an hour now in browser or POS. square support is not responding to call or chat or email. do anyone knows whats going on
I just got off the phone with support. Yes there is a very recent outage going on. Transfers are unavailable right now. And transactions are delayed getting posted to our accounts. Weirdly, the transactions ARE processing and our balances are increasing as they should. This issue seems to be in being able to see individual transactions. That part is delayed for some reason.
thanks for your reply, 12:49pm MST i see new transaction showing up but old transactions are not listed yet. Missing 1hr40min transactions. hopefully it shows up soon
Is anyone else not seeing transactions post to the transactions page (app and website)? First 5 sales how fine but the last 5 or so do not, even tho app shows ‘payment successful’ message. I can’t tell if payments are going through or if we are losing money. Anyone else seeing same thing today?

@NDSS We are having the same issue, I'm waiting to chat with tech support now.
I've been waiting for 15 min now and nothing. I am guessing they are just not answering until they know something......
the issquaredown.com website for square clearly only shows what they want to post. It says everything is hunky dory and NO PROBLEMS. It is THEIR website to communicate out if there are issues.

Transactions going through but not showing up in transactions or reports since noon today. We've accepted cash and card and none are showing up under transactions or reports. We have 2 locations with the same issue.

Yes having the same issue. Someone said they can see their transactions on desktop, but mine aren’t showing up there. Very concerning - we are missing hundreds of dollars of sales from the past hour and a half.
