Performance Issue: Transaction Reporting Delayed 11/12/24

Our transactions are showing approved when accepting cash and cards however it's not showing up on the dashboard or on the device used! Anyone else having this issue?

We experienced an issue over the weekend that briefly affected the display of some reports, including transactions and account balances. Rest assured, all payments were correctly assigned to your account and will now be displayed accurately in your reports. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Hey @TheStand70.  There was an outage yesterday that was causing reporting to be delayed.  Also, that outage was affecting reporting of our account balances for some sellers.  However, it was resolved and all of your transactions and funds should be reporting correctly now.  

 

FYI, here is a link to the Square Status Page (issquareup.com).  The outage was reported there as were status updates and resolution.  This is a handy link to bookmark for reference.

Mine is doing the same. All card and cash purchases go through like normal but they don’t show up in my transactions nor my balance.

hey there i cannot seem to get anyone on customer service

i have ten people lined up trying to pay it goes thru but doesnt show anytnig on transaction

Same problem here! I been charging cards and i dnt have record of any transactions since 10:08 am. A customer show me their  bank transaction and it didnt go thru on their end but it appeared as transaction aproved. Im not sure  whats going on or how much money we have lost

Same problem. There are about four or five transactions that aren’t showing up in my transaction list or on the reports tab.

The customer swipes the card to pay, and the machine prints a receipt, but the machine transaction record does not show the transaction

YES - it appears as though its been on/off for a while today but solid down for the last 1.5 hours.  Square is reporting NOTHING is wrong.  Ive been on hold/waiting for chat and nothing.   VERY FRUSTRATING.

I'm processing payments and cc are being approved but when we go to our transactions we show no sales, will we get our money? I checked and there are no system issues. I have shut and reopened app.

I just got off the phone with support.  Yes there is a very recent outage going on.  Transfers are unavailable right now.  And transactions are delayed getting posted to our accounts.  Weirdly, the transactions ARE processing and our balances are increasing as they should.  This issue seems to be in being able to see individual transactions.  That part is delayed for some reason.

we are still getting emails for CC transactions which is good but not sure if they are all or not.  NOW we are logging manually all transactions with the transaction code just in case we are off.
