Note to seller not appearing on order details

one of my customers left a note to seller but this didn't come through on the order or the confirmation email sent to the buyer. Where can I find these notes? I have already looked on the online store > Orders > 'actual order' and it is not there either????

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @lovebugbakes, so sorry to hear you are running into this problem!

 

If a customer has left a note for you, it should be included in the order confirmation email at the very bottom under Notes (like in the screenshot) or underneath the item line when you view the order in the Orders tab.

If you are not seeing the notes, it might be that it wasn't fully save by the customer at checkout.
