Invoice app not processing payments

I need help getting my app fixed. I can create invoices but I can’t close them out. My payments of cash won’t process.

Thanks for letting us know @Chanceforhnhope. Sorry you're having trouble.

 

Can you try these troubleshooting steps? They're for the POS app but you can also use them with the Invoices app. Hopefully it just needs a reboot of everything, but let me know if it's still not processing cash payments after you go through everything!
