Is there a way to reset phone numbers that no longer receive their appointment reminder texts?

I have some clients that are no longer receiving their appointment confirmation text or appointment reminder text. I cannot figure out how to reset those people/numbers! Help!! They want those messages back!

I am not talking about the confirmation texts/emails, just the initial text to say your appointment has been booked and the reminder of the appointment.

I am currently on the free plan, but this has been going on for several months prior to the plan change over.
