Square Online Syncs not working

Hi,
Looks like the old way of syncing does not work with square, here are the issues i am facing

1. When i create an item in the Items Library, i don't see it in the Online items library list until i toggle on the Online Checkout link in the Item library change

2. When i add an item from my item library, it says it is hidden even though i selected the option that it should be visible, also when i make it visible, my stock from the items library doesn't reflect, i have to update the stock in the site item to get the actual stock from the items library

3. When i delete an item from the site items, it deletes it from my items library however items deleted from the items library don't get deleted from the site items. My assumption was deleting the site items should not have an effect on the items library.

Under Item Sync do you have it set to make any new items visible?

Sorry you are experiencing issues with syncing items to Square Online.

 

If you have all the all the sync settings turned on, and the issue keeps happening it is best you speak directly with the Square Online Support Team.
