I have the square register and my online store orders are not showing up on the orders tab or printing out. Ihave turned my alerts on but still nothing,
When you say you've turned on the online order alerts, do you mean remote orders are turned on in your POS settings? Have you ensured order tickets are turned on in your printer station settings?
If yes to both those settings, there might be an issue with the software. Check out this thread for Square Register troubleshooting tips that might help.
