How to automatically have gift card as a payment option on Square Invoices

Is there a way to automatically have gift card as a payment option for Square Invoices? At the moment only credit cards is selected by default. I can select gift card as a payment method but I have to do this for every invoice - there doesn't seem to be an option to have this by default?

That's a good question. I haven't found a way to make gift cards a default payment option on invoices either. From what I've seen, it has to be selected when creating each invoice.

Hopefully someone else has found a setting I've overlooked, but if there isn't one, that would make a great feature request.

Found a way to do it. Every invoice is based off a "invoice template". You basically have to go into the template and select the gift card option and save that template and that option will always be there for future invoices
