How long does it take for Instant Transfer to arrive in linked bank account?

I had a sale and I put bank details and it’s been approved and press instant transfer then 19 mins later balance gone £0 but check my bank not gone on there so would know anything about this?

If you’ve just entered your bank details and this is your first transfer it might take a hot minute to go from one point to another. General rule is 24-48 hours for a new transfer. After that instant transfers are instant.

Have you received your transfer yet? If you have checked your account and the instrant transfer is still not there, it's worth contacting our Support team directly at 0800 098 8008 Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, as they will have more visibility into account-specific information compare to us.
