double orders at the same time and order to be at every 30 mins

it has happened to us too often. we set up the system to have only one order at one time but 2 orders at the same time and even 3 orders at the same time. We can not fulfill this kind of order. and we do not want to have an order every 15 mins. can we change it to 30 mins?

 

can you please sort this out ASAP?

i phoned you last week and brought this up but nothing has been done i am afraid.

 

and we have received too many calls and messages saying that payment page is frozen. we have had these calls every week for a long time. I also rang to ask you to resolve this and was told that your system is optimised to Chrome brower but we can not dictate what customers use. and i even asked some customers to use Chrome. they came and showed me that the payment page was not moving to the next transaction page at all. I received a video from a customer too. can this be resolved too?

@CamBap We too have noticed our payment page has been freezing and a number of customers reporting this to us, can't get passed the bouncing balls as our customers put it. I have raised with Square (@tranguyen), so hopefully the issue has been escalated and is being addressed.
