Featured items

I am working on building my website and am having trouble getting the featured page to work. It keeps telling me that I do not have any items in my store even though I do, and I have even tried adding the items through the featured page. It will add the item to my library and then tell me I can’t add items to the section still because there are no items in my store.  Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Adding that I’m having the same issue with categories. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

That sounds like a strange issue happening @Sararah. I just tried to add featured items from my own demo account I have set up and there wasn't any trouble.

I wonder what browser you're using? That could be making a difference. Run through these troubleshooting suggestions when you have a moment. But if you're still having issues with it, let me know here and I'll take another look!

I am still looking for resolution to this issue. This is clearly not a browser version issue. I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. All produce the same result. items are not available in the Featured Items section.
