We sell event tickets and display many on our homepage. I archived an existing "item" for a couple of days to stop ticketing sales, then went back and UNarchived it. Since then, the "GET TICKETS" button on the homepage event/item says "Not Available", so people are unable to buy tickets.
BUT...if you go to our POS shop, and scroll down to find the event/item and click on that ticket link, it works fine in the POS page.
Example: Go to https://parisharts.square.site/ scroll down to 3/2 Three Hour Tour event/item to see the "not Available" ticket link error.
If you go to the POS/Shop page at https://parisharts.square.site/s/shop and scroll down to 3/2 Three Hour Tour event/item and click on the green button "Attend", you can select the dropdown level of ticket and purchase tickets.
How do I get the ticket link to work on the event/item showing on the homepage?
I've edited the item from the Item Library, as well as the Online Items, and website events using my computer. The item is "visible", All variations are "available for sale". We only have 1 location and that is selected. What am I missing? Help?
