Anybody having problems from their customers when they are trying to pay an invoice and pay via clearpay and its not getting past the invoice when clearpay is selected. just claiming that 'unable to connect clearpay, please use alternative payment, or contact merchant', yet customer is still paying other companies via clearpay? i have checked and clearpay is enabled
Hello @KagzsBathBombs, that is certainly odd, I am sorry your Clearpay isn't working. To clarify you are a customer trying to pay an invoice using Clearpay? Do you have a screenshot of the error message?
