This problem just started today after we updated our system.
On seemingly random order tickets, when we add one new item to the ticket it reprints all of the previously ordered items in addition to the one new item.
For example: if I add on an Old Fashioned to a ticket that has previously sent a Cosmo, a shot, and a beer it will print a Cosmo, a shot, a beer, and an Old Fashioned instead of just the Old Fashioned.
How do I change the system so that only unsent items are printed?
Same problem here, big mess when our MDM server pushed the 5.66 update to one of our locations.
Support couldn't resolve, the first agent I spoke with pretended to push some update or change a setting "that only he could see," but nothing changed-- it's an error that was coded into the update. The second support agent hung up on me.
Kicking it over to our sales rep to send to engineering to fix.

We've been working with our sales rep who has escalated this to engineering-- they're working on a fix.
The support team seemed unaware or confused and were generally unhelpful.
I am having the same issue. Is there a fix or can I go back to the older version?
This thread is a few years old, but for whatever reason this just started happening for us. Only appears to affecting our ipad running Square. Not our Square Register. Any ideas on a fix?
