Hello! I have a boutique client who's account gets "frozen" for review periodically, and she has no idea why. What is a common cause of this?
I've seen accounts frozen for suspicious activity before. Has she changed anything recently or had a large influx in sales? What types of products does she sell?
My account has been under review and frozen 4 times just this week !! I was cleared on Saturday, its now Sunday and frozen under reiviw again !!

Make sure you have all of the buyer information when using Invoices. This will help with getting the hold removed on the account.
