I have a customer trying to pay an invoice that I sent him. He is able to input all of his payment information, but once he submits pay (clicks send money) he says nothing happens and it times out. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

I haven't heard any issues of this on our side at all so it sounds like it could be the device or computer the customer is using.
