My printer won't connect to square

My printer is no connecting to the square. I have unplugged and restarted it multiple times and have used 3 different hardware hubs and 2 different printers bit still no luck. The Ipad connects to the stand so I don't understand why it doesn't see the printer when it is plugged in.

Here's a link to some additional troubleshooting you maybe able to do, and I would encourage you to reach out to our Hardware support team if these steps don't help you find the issue. Often Installing and Reinstalling the app as well as the printers will help this issue. 

 

But infrequently, this may have to do with a print cable as well.
