What you have to do is keep checking your Payment Transfers - when you see that you sold something and there's no funds deducted for fees you know you're getting your free processing.  Once the total amount of free processing is used up, Square will send you a notification stating so.   Sorry, that seems to be the way it works.   Sometime back, I received an offer of credit towards the processing fees - the fees were waived until the amount was used up, then Square sent me a follow-up email.   All I can say is Square did what they said they were going to do and it worked out just fine.

@gayhawk ;

As I see this is your first post here in the community let me welcome you to the sellers community.

The information you are looking for can be found here: dashboard/sales/transactions

This is on a computer in your Square Dashboard, then select Transactions and filter for Free Processing.  This view just started Feb of 2024.  If this does not get you what you need you can Download the Transactions CSV file and look in Column

'AY'

Free Processing Applied

This will show you the amount per transaction applied as Free Processing.

Hope this helps.
