Hey @BottlerocketATL. Please provide a screen shot of what you are seeing. Be sure to mask out any customer/sensitive information, though. It’s hard to know how to start here since you could mean a couple of things by “enter tips screen.” I assume you mean the POS tip settlement screen, but that is not clear at all.
