We use square and want to better manage inventory and reporting. We sell SKU's made up of multiple inventory items.
I've looked around and while there are apps out there that can do reporting or inventory management I'm advised Square can do all this under its 'Plus' package.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are correct. There is a bundle feature that is availability in the paid plans, this allows you to sell a collection of skus under a bundle with a separate price and still maintain inventory.

The only other approach would be to create a separate sku for your bundle and then account for the inventory externally. There is also a comprehensive API that you may be able to utilise should you need to interface with an external system but this would require development knowledge to implement.
