As of this morning we can not process exchanges without a server error. All apps and ios up to date on square stand. Picture attached. Please advise! @_Violet

I'm sorry about the issue processing exchanges.
I would recommend uninstalling the app and then downloading it again from your app store.
There are a couple of different ways in which you can process an exchange. You can find the steps for each in this article. If you are trying to process from your Transactions screen, you'll want to give the Customers screen a try.
We'll want to investigate further if there is a problem with either path, so let us know how it goes!
