Square added Sub- Categories to Categories for Square for Retail which was greatly asked for and needed in my opinion. Since you just stated that Categories has Changed with no wording on what your having an issue with no one in this forum can help you.
I actually appreciate the addition of Subcategories as now on my Square stand if an Item for example a Jar candle we sell does not Scan, I do NOT have to look for that Size Category through page after page of categories, I can press the Tab Jar Candles (Parent Category) then look for the size category in Question, say 8oz Jars. This makes it easier for me and probably alot ofters.
So may I ask what do you see that Changed with Categories that you don not like? Even if I did not have a Subcategory for some items these Categories did not seem to change at all for me.
