We have mixed track/non-track. That's not an issue (COG report just ignores non-tracked items).
Sounds like you might be missing one or more COG in Square?
If you go to Reports -> Inventory Reports -> Cost of Goods Sold, is there a banner at the top that says something like "Some stock in your inventory are missing unit cost"?
If so, click that "Add cost" link and resolve all outstanding. Then it should be accurate.
I have already clicked the banner and resolved this issue by adding all costs. I am still receiving the same banner every time I go to run the report. Is there another resolution for this issue?
