Registers are up to date, they have been reset, etc. Issue still remains; if the customer A orders 2x item A it combines, but when customer B orders another item A it adds as a identical new item on the ticket. Wasting paper and time to read. Super frustrating!

This is kinda ridiculous that the issue hasn't been resolved yet....
@_Violet Is this being looked into at all? I'm losing hope and wasting sanity. Like items really, really should be combined. They used to be and then after an update (long ago) it stopped.
