Account Manager, referring other restaurants

I'm trying to connect with my account manager to help refer my cousin's restaurant to Square, but I can't seem to find anyone to help me. All of my previous account managers have moved on to other roles in the company. 

 

My cousin's restaurant wants to try Square, but they need more customized help than what they're getting from the online chat function. I would love to refer them but they're not going to use Square if it's not accessible. Anyone having any luck finding their account manager?
