Orders not placing

- i have finished the setup of my first website and there seems to be no issues apart from when i try and place and place a order on the website from my phone (im testing how my website is for a customer on the phone) and the order does not place, it just loads a little and nothing changes. there is nothing on my dashboard that is telling me there is a issue, my account is set up correctly and bank account linked. There is nothing on my orders page and im not sure what the issue is? From the phone i haven't been charged anything from my bank account. Anybody know the issue?

Hello @ScoobySupplies !

 

There could be a couple of things that's hanging up your ordering.

-Are you using Pickup/Delivery or shipping? Both have a few extra steps to get everything up and running. Please verify your settings in Dashboard -> Online -> Fulfillment -> Pickup and Delivery and/or Shipping.

-(pickup)Is your store currently accepting orders and are you placing an order during operating hours? If it's not, have you enabled ordering ahead of time (also on that fulfillment-> pickup and delivery page)

-Try clearing the cache and history on your browser and reloading the page. If you've been doing a lot of tweaking there's a good chance that you're looking at an older version of the page which can cause random problems.

-Make sure all your items match your fulfillment type: Online -> Site Items , check each item and make sure the correct fulfillment type is selected.
