So I am having a little trouble find the setting that marks online orders as ready for pick up when you mark them as completed from the KDS.
In the past when we got a 3rd party order or a Square Online order when we marked it as complete from the KDS it would mark the order as ready for pick up.
Today that doesnt seem to be happening and I am trying to troubleshoot whether its Deliverect buggering up or if its the KDS settign, but for the life of me I cant find that setting anymore.

I just checked with our Operations team and they were wondering is this only occurring with 3rd party orders from Deliverect or if the option is missing entirely for both order types?

Thanks for that, It has since been resolved.
It was only happening with Deliverect.

We have the same? issue as Joseph posted here. When the operator marked order ticket as completed, Customers' order status does not changed as ready for pickup. It stays as preparing. However when I tried to change the status to completed on Square Register, the status on the customer order page was updated. Why?
