I am trying to create pre-orders set for earlier days in the week to be fulfilled on Saturdays. I have set up all the options like the date range that the orders can be placed, the cutoff time and the fulfillment date and times. But, on my online store, the customers still can not place their orders during the specified pre-order time frame. The store is showing that the items would not be available until the last day of the time frame. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? I want all items to be on pre-order but be picked up and delivered on one date.
Of course, glad I could help. I escalated this and the team advised that the way your pickup orders are currently set up is a bit complex. To get things working the way you want, let’s try the following:
1) Check Saturday in the Pickup and Delivery settings
2) Then switch "If a customer places an order during your fulfillment hours, what is the soonest that the order can be picked up?" to "The same day they place the order".
3) Also, set your prep time to be available immediately, and you can update your pre-order settings every week as needed.

This is what I have set up. I don't know if this is just a user error in setting up the pre-orders. My site is rnrtreatcups.square.site. When you go to click on an item, the website shows that it is "available later." It states this for every item. I have the business hours set for the days that I want the customers to be able to pre-order, but fulfillment days will only be on Saturdays, which is set in the pickup and delivery page. Is there another setting that I should have in the pre-order page?

To clarify, you would like customers to place orders throughout the week, with fulfillment or pickup only available on Saturdays. Is that correct? I am heading out for the week but am happy to follow up when I return.
