Weebly site not displaying, getting error - ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Hello - Our Weebly Site (scoutingvermont.org) is not displaying due to the 

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH error. 

I am a network admin but do not have any coding experience. How can we resolve this to get the site up?

Can you share a few more details so I can better assist? When exactly are you seeing the error message? I was able to access scoutingvermont.org without any issues on my end.
