How to remove "Your order will be ready by" Pickup notification in Checkout?

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Remove this cart message: Please note, your order will be ready on: Monday at 9:00 AM."

 

I cannot figure out how to remove this message from my Cart

 

Please note, your order will be ready on: Monday at 9:00 AM.

 

I have reviewed my fulfillment details, turned off calculate times for  pickup.  I have searched help and use Chatgpt.  I have checked every setting I can think of to remove this message. 

I do not want this message to appear in the customer cart.  cart message.png

Hi all, @Cmtoenjes @Bydesignspenc @spellbound105 

You can turn off the "Calculate & Assign pickup times automatically" setting, which is the cause of the "Your order will be ready by" message. This is located under Settings > Fulfillment Methods > Online Pickup & Deliverythen click Edit next to your location.

As for your question about the pickup order notification, I took a look in the fulfillment settings, and didn't find a way to disable this. I'm checking in with our Square Online Store Support Team to confirm.

I turned it off and it still isn’t removing it. I went back to double check and it is not selected.
