How to rearrange category online website

I have an issue trying to arrange my categories in order through the edit online website. It says items are in the dashboard catalog but I cannot see anything on it.

I checked in the Square Online Store editor under Item List > Category Menu and didn't see an option to rearrange the categories. I also checked in the Item Library under Categories here, and didn't find a way to rearrange there either. It seems the categories may currently be in the order you created them.

I've reached out to the Square Online Store Support Team to see if they know of a way to do this. I'll reach back out to you here once I receive a reply from their team!

I am having this same issue. I would love to find out how to fix this, as I would love to have my Christmas items at the top of my menu. Thanks!
