WEEBLY EMAIL BUILDER IS NOT LOADING MY FULL INVENTORY OF ITEMS TO PICK FROM WHEN BUILDING EMAILS

I have been using the marketing emails built into our stores Weebly website for year now. When you build the emails you have the drag/drop product box where you can then click the box, and the email builder pulls all of your sku's for you to search through and pick the ones you want to promote in the email. As of a week ago it has stopped working. It will only pick the first 100 sku's ever listed on our website and its impossible to pull any of the new ones. I have also tried different approaches such as bypassing the product drag/drop box, manually adding an image of the product to the email and linking the image to the product page, but in order to add the link you have to go through the exact same SKU menu that appears when using the product box and yet again, it will only load the first 100 items ever listed on our website. Is any one else have issues with this?

Hi @Hobbyspeed1— thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m not aware of any recent changes, but I’m happy to look into this further.

To help me narrow things down, could you share which items you’re seeing this with? It would be especially helpful to know which ones are newly created versus older items.

You know how when you are on the back end of your Weebly site and looking at your site items (Sku) list? It shows all of your items(sku) from most recent to oldest. When trying to build the emails and load the items you want to show in that email its supposed to bring up a full list of every SKU you have on your website. Then you can search through those SKUs and pick the items you want for your email. It is not bringing up all of my SKUs, it is only bringing up the 100 oldest SKUs on our site, and the way the builder is designed its impossible to choose the SKUs I need, which are new listings.

Do you have a few item examples you can share so I can dig into this a bit more? @Hobbyspeed1
