Discount code disappeared from the menu but still showing on the website

Does anyone know what's going on here? I set this discount codes a few months ago, and I tried to edit it but can't find the code in my dashboard, neither under discounts nor coupons, but it's still showing on my website (the code doesn't work). I've contacted Square, but no one knows. It's so frustrating. Can anyone help, please?

Hi, @belle1025 ! Welcome to the Square Community! 

This does sound insanely frustrating. Can you try these steps below (if you haven't already) to see if they work? 

1. Log into your Square Dashboard

   • Go to: Online > Website > Edit Site

2. In the Site Editor:

   • Look in the Marketing or Banner section (top of homepage or store page)

   • You may have manually entered the discount code as text into a section header, announcement bar, or footer

   • If so, you’ll need to edit or delete it manually

3. Check Square Online > Settings > Coupons:

   • Go to: Square Dashboard > Online > Coupons

   • This is separate from the main “Discounts” section in POS

   • If the code was made here, it should show up

   • If not, it’s probably just a display artifact from when you edited your site last

4. Clear Cache / Republish:

   • Make any updates, save, and then republish your site

   • Sometimes a code that was deleted doesn’t visually update until you republish
