Group Classes

Hello!

 

I created group classes on my sqaure appointment app. 

I cannot get them on my sqaure website. Nothing is working. How am I supposed to show clients the group classes and have them pay when this is not a option?

Thanks for reaching out, and I completely understand how frustrating it is to set up group classes in the Appointments app, only to find they’re not showing on your Square website. You're absolutely right to expect this to work seamlessly, especially when you're trying to make it easy for clients to view and pay for your offerings. At the moment, Square Appointments does support group classes, but displaying them properly on your Square Online site requires a few specific steps. 

 

Here’s what to check:

  1. Ensure the Class is Set to "Visible Online":
    In your Appointments dashboard, go to Classes > Edit Class, and confirm that the “Available for online booking” toggle is enabled.

  2. Check Staff and Location Settings:
    Make sure the class is assigned to a location and a staff member who is also enabled for online booking.

  3. Square Online Sync:
    Sometimes, group classes may not immediately sync to your Square Online site. To help fix this, go to Online > Website > Appointments, and make sure the class-based services are added to your booking page.

  4. Update the Booking Page Link:
    If you’re using a direct link to your online booking page, confirm you’re using the latest version by copying the updated booking site URL from your Appointments settings.
