Customers try checking out and it says their address is out of range even though they live in the United States. I have missed out on sales because of this a couple times. Has anyone had this issue and resolved it?

I want to provide the best support for your shipping issue, so I need some more information.
Do you only offer shipping for your customers? Or do you provide delivery or pickup too?
I would recommend checking your Shipping settings in your Dashboard too. Just to make sure you have other countries available. You can go to Online > Fulfillment > Shipping.
If you've made any changes to any Online Store settings, make sure to publish your site again. That ensures the most up to date version of your site is what your customers see.
