Address displayed in items

I’m offering collection on my website but I don’t want my address to be displayed on the items, is there a way to remove the address from being displayed while still offering collection?

I assume the address will still be on the customer collection receipt

cheers Mark

Hi Mark - thanks for flagging this!

Can you share a link to your site here or send it to me as a DM? It's easier for me to figure out where your address is populating from that way and how to change it.

Thanks @Mark721

The address is being displayed under the store pickup within the product pages.

I’d like it to just have delivery and pickup and when the customers order an item for collection they then get the address

Got it, thanks @Mark721

It's actually not possible to hide that address at the moment, unfortunately.

It's been raised by other sellers as a feature request and is being tracked on this ongoing thread

The most common workaround is to edit your address here to a dummy address or maybe a PO box and then let your customers know the real address afterwards.

I know it's not an ideal solution - if there are any updates on this setting changing I will let you know here!

@Breffni @Mark721 I’ll just point out here that in the UK it’s a legal requirement to show your address on any website you’re selling on.

While it’s often ignored it’s maybe not a great idea to show a fake address.
