I tried searching this topic, and after trying all of the suggestions I'm still not able to add multiple items to the cart from the ordering page. I can't reply because all of the topics are so old that they have been closed.
I went to checkout mode under advanced settings and it says "Add to cart" is selected, but when I scan the QR code for this page I'm only given the option to checkout after one item is selected.

I'm wondering if your QR code was made via the payment link section of the dashboard? That would cause the code to only allow the customer to add one item to their cart.
If not, can you please pass along your website address so we can check further?

Thanks, @ryanwanner. I spent an hour on Customer Support chat and they said the same thing. I was able to find a workaround by creating a QR code for the website page itself, not the payment link.
@EMstudioWA I'm glad CS and I are on the same page! I'm also glad you're up and running now.
