white box appearing on register screen

Help some help on this -  A white box appearing on the screen for no reasons.  It is hurting sales every time we need to restart the register.

If you have rebooted your device and nothing happened, let's do a factory reset: 

1. Tap ≡ More > Settings > Hardware > General.

2. Tap About Square Terminal/About Square Register  > Factory Reset > Confirm Factory Reset
