square terminal is suddenly dead, what we can do? who can help with this, it is only in 2years spending 400$ for the machine
Hey @groupejnl, thank you for your post. We definitely don;t want you to be without your Terminal!
In order to help you, I'll need some additional information from you. How long has your Terminal been dead? Was it working recently? Have you tried leaving it charging for a minimum of 20 minutes before booting it? Is the charger plugged into the wall properly? Have you tested to see if the Terminal charger works with another device to make sure the issue isn't coming form the charger?
Often times, if the Terminal has run out of battery, it can take several minutes for it to boot back on again once it's plugged in.
The more information you can provide, the better I'll be able to troubleshoot the issue.
