I purchased a square reader second hand from someone that bought it and used it twice. When connecting to my phone, it says damaged. The seller has never seen that happen. Is there a fix? It was stone dead when I picked it up.
I would suggest contacting square support. I bought mine directly from them. After a year, it had issues so they replaced it for me. However, I am not sure how it would work since you're not the original owner or if you have original receipt. I would still recommend reaching out to support directly!
I called support and they only let me buy a new one not even any service support or replacement. what can I do with this?
