We replaced an iPad based POS with the Square (all in one) Register. However, when printing online order tickets, the customer specified shipping method for the order is not printing on the ticket. It used to do such on the iPad connected ticket printer.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the printer profile you set up on your new Square Register? Do the printer profile settings match what you had on the iPad-based POS you were using?

Hi RobynR, Attached is a screenshot of the printer profile. I can't compare it to the one on the old iPad because I deleted that device. Is this what you are looking for?
