I am new to square, purchased a Square Terminal, USB Hub and Zebra LS2208 scanner. Terminal by itself works fine. I plugged the power block in, connected it to the USB Hub then connected the USB hub to the Square Terminal. I then plug the scanner into the hub with the USB cable included with scanner. I get nothing. Terminal shows no devices recognized. The scanner does not even power up. I thought maybe the scanner was bad but if I plug it into my laptop it does power on so I know it is working. What am I missing? I sent a support ticket 3 days ago and received nothing. Is support always this slow? Any help would be appreciated....Mark

Thank you! I have seen these steps and tried them but nothing worked. I left the unit connected overnight and when I looked at it today the scanner connected so I don't know if the scanner has to charge up from the USB port but it is working now however I am not sure what fixed it but thank you for your help!
