Unfortunately, we canโt access your account details here on the Seller Community. However, if you see a payment in your Transactions dashboard but not in your Balance dashboard, it could indicate one of the following:
- The transaction was declined.
- A different payment method, such as cash instead of card, was used
If your transfer hasnโt arrived yet, I recommend calling our support team directly who can check the status.
