Can I make my Square Reader beep or sound an alarm when lost?

I misplaced my square.  It is close and it is connected to my phone but I can't find it.  Am I able to make it beep somehow?

Hi @AntonScouts,

Sorry to hear you've misplaced your Square Reader! Unfortunately, there isn't a feature that allows you to make the Reader emit a sound or beep to help locate it.

The good news is that since your Reader is still showing as connected to your phone, it must be within Bluetooth range—typically about 10 feet (3 metres) of your device. This should narrow down your search area considerably.
