👋Hello from Black Forest, Colorado, just north of Colorado Springs! I'm Ryan, and I run R&R Coffee Cafe and Golden Pine Coffee Roasters! We've been in operation since 2008, and have been with Square since 2011. We've seen our fair share of ups and downs, from moving our business, the Black Forest Fire of 2013, opening a second location, COVID, the closing of the second location, and a massive rethink of everything to keep us up and running. It's been a ride, but there's not much I would change. Happy to be in the F&B group with all of ya!
Hi from Our CupCakery, Dublin, OH. We've been in biz since 2004. We make delicious cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other sweet goodies. We created OCC to embody the quote “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away” Picasso. In addition to making sweet treats we provide classes, team building events, camps, and parties for kids of all ages.
Our business is about sharing our love of baking. We have a small retail operation where customers can "build their own cupcake". We're planning to eliminate that part of our service by adding ecommerce. Not an easy transition but we want to expand our events in response to requests. If anyone has done this transition with a long time brick and mortar operation we'd love to hear any advice.

Hello, we have a small sandwich shop in the Boston Public Market called Beantown Pastrami Company and are trying to figure out how to create an economical touch screen kiosk for ordering away from our booth. If anybody has any specific suggestions or experience with this it would be great to hear about it.

We've been using the KioskBuddy app on a spare square stand system for a few months now, and I am pretty impressed. Marvin and his team are fast at responding and fixing issues. You can find it in the apps marketplace on your dashboard.
Do be sure to ask for the beta version of KB, though, once you're registered: it pushes orders through the orders screen on your point of sale and has inventory integration. The release version is a little weird with printing and reporting.

My son and I started a food truck @biscuits.at.mikes serving breakfast biscuit sandwiches... We are a breakfast only truck in the Boulder area and we are growing in leaps and bounds this year. We started last summer in the midst of the panademic, but that seems to have worked in our favor. Getting ready to launch our second truck.
Hey Adam and fellow F&B peeps! So happy to see this group materialize. I rely heavily on Square POS and online to manage our fast casual craft beer pub/pizza joint. We wouldn’t be where we are today (five years later) without Square—especially making it through 2020. Hello and thanks for the invite. I own a casual seafood spot in Lebanon, TN (outside of Nashville) called Seafood Sacs. We opened up a brick and mortar back in March and so far, we are enjoying it. Just trying trying to find ways to keep our offerings and products reasonable and make a profit.

I would like to know if anyone on here uses invoices? We do all our orders with the invoice orders.
What I don't like is I can't block out dates unless I manually add them and I would like to have a calendar
