Online Ordering and QR codes

I've been trying to update our menu and prepare for self-ordering with QR codes on the tables. When I got to my website www.rolloverrolledicecream.com I see what I expect to see. But when I scan the generated QR codes for the tables, it does not load a complete menu. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but I am so frustrated. 😞

 

I feel like it has to be some option I haven't chosen correctly or something.

 

Any ideas??

 

For instance, in my "specialty" tab, we have four items listed on the website: brownie sundae, strawberry shortcake, Pawfaits and Ruth Hunt. But when I print the QR codes generated for the patio tables (we have 10, and it happens no matter which code I scan), it only shows three options (excludes the brownie sundae).

@rollover Yeah I feel you on this one. The setting for self serve ordering isnt enabled by default on your online store. It took me forever to figure this one out. 

-Online Dashboard -> Items -> Item Preferences

-scroll down to Default Item Fulfillment, click Edit

-make sure all the applicable fulfillment methods are checked. 
This will make sure self serve ordering is enabled for all future items.

 

Now, you’ll need to enable self serve ordering on all your current items:

 

Site Items -> any item

Scroll down to Fulfillment, select all that’s applicable 

 

I haven’t found a way to do this in bulk yet. 😞
