I know this has been brought up several times but I still hate that I can't get addresses printed on tickets. It seems like a simple thing but it has made me move away from Square. I do not like my new software and would love to come back to square but I do deliver and need this feature. I know you can do it online but most of our orders are over the phone. If this feature ever comes available please notify me as I will probably move back to square.
I understand the feeling and we thank you for taking the time to express how you feel about this feature not being available @GoodGuysPizza I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers' interest in your request.
Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
It's been almost a year has there been anything happen with this problem. I haven't looked in a little while.
I own a pizza restaurant, and last week, I purchased a Square POS system with high hopes. I had already been using Square for online orders, and I must say, the online system works great.
However, when I received the Square Register, I was completely disappointed. At this point, I have no intention of continuing to use Square, and I will advise anyone who asks me not to buy it.
If I can’t see the customer’s address on the order tickets, then what’s the point of this system? For me, it’s no better than trash.
FYI you can put the address in the Name and Notes and it prints with the ticket. We also put quote times, etc. in there. We made that a button on our home screen.
Here is how I have done it for local delivery of our candles or if we have to ship then and the customer would like a receipt. This is a link to another question on how to have address on a Ticket.

Since I use Square for Retail we have Saved carts not Tickets and you can print a saved cart maybe its called ticket in your pos.
Hey Oguzdemir,
I've been a pizza lover and I can really see your frustration and understand your concern. I believe that on the other side, it's different than what we see.
As you're the owner, I strongly agree that customer satisfaction comes first and if the customer’s address is not there on the order tickets, you might lose your customer and it could lead to many other related problems such as cold or spoiled food, wasted resources, customer frustration and business loss.
If you're still dealing with such issues, I would like to have a word with you at your convenience.
P.S. - I am not from a Square POS and not selling you any Square's Product.
