Hi there @besus. So I’m not a wine and spirit seller. But I did spend some time of both Vivino’s and Actenzo’s (their technical partner) website. One thing I learned — Actenzo has chosen not to integrate with Square sites for some reason. They could, if they wanted, using Squa’re APIs which are freely available to all developers. Square is not in the business of actively integrating with other software. They provider all of the APIs required for that other software to integrate with our Square accounts, but it is up to companies like Actenzo to do all of the work beyond that. I’d check with their technical staff/help desk to see if there are any plans to do so. Heck, they might already be doing it and need beta testers!
One other thing. I assume you are using Actenzo’s products import feature for platforms with which they don’t currently integrate. What are the problems/issues that came up? I’m a pretty technically-oriented person, having been a software engineer in a former life. It’s possible I could help you get over those hurdles.
